Third Child with Zilis, Expanding Musk’s Family
This latest arrival marks Musk's third child with Zilis and his twelfth overall. News of the birth initially surfaced in a Bloomberg article published in July, which also focused on Musk's concerns about declining birth rates. Prior to this, Zilis and Musk welcomed twins in November 2021.
A Look at Musk’s Growing Family
Looking beyond his relationship with Zilis, Musk shares children with musician Grimes and his first wife, Justine Wilson, a Canadian author.
With Grimes, Musk has three children: X Æ A-Xii (X), Exa Dark Sideræl (Y), and Techno Mechanius (Tau). Their first child, X, was born in 2020, followed by Y in December 2021. Their third child, Tau, was revealed by Musk's biographer in September 2023.
Musk and Justine Wilson were married in 2000. Sadly, their firstborn son, Nevada Alexander Musk, passed away from SIDS at 10 weeks old.
The couple went on to have five more children together: twins Griffin and Vivian (who recently underwent a legal name and gender change to Vivian Jenna Wilson) in 2004, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian in 2006.
Population Concerns: A Driving Force Behind Musk’s Large Family?
