Staind Pays Tribute to Jon Wysocki
Staind, the band Wysocki co-founded and played with for 17 years, released a statement remembering their former drummer.
"We first met Jon through mutual friends in 1994," the statement reads. "In 1995, we joined with Mike, Aaron, and Johnny April to form Staind.
The next 17 years were filled with some of our best memories together. From practicing in Ludlow, Massachusetts, to touring globally, Jon was a crucial part of our band. Our hearts go out to Jon’s family and his fans worldwide who loved him."
A Founding Member of Staind
Born in 1971, Jon Wysocki played a pivotal role in Staind's success. He was a core member from the band's formation in 1995 until his departure in 2011.
During his tenure, Wysocki contributed to seven albums, including the chart-topping "Break the Cycle" in 2001.
